Holidays, Holy Days

Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley

Jump to: navigation, search

Our congregation includes Christians, Jews, Pagans, Humanists, agnostics, non-theists as well as lifelong UUs and probably others. (Nobody is required to share their beliefs with other members.) Our members are straight, gay, lesbian, and transgender. We have members whose families have lived in America for centuries as well as first-generation immigrants.

In recognition and celebration of this diversity, we are showing important holidays and holy days—both religious and secular—on our website.

As our website is brand-new, the list of included days is far from complete. We will add more as the year progresses.

What's missing? Discuss which holidays and holy days we should include.
